How can I view records for an employee that has left the company

There maybe a time where a previous employee was being actively managed for their wellbeing, and have now left the business.

When an individual is removed from the HR Import process their records are archived.  If the data had not previously been extracted before leaving the ability to report from the website is no longer available.

If the need does arise where a request is made for this data it can be made available again by adding the individual details back into the HR Import file and extracting the data before another import is completed.
