Only an end user with the Wellnomics Administrator (WA) role, can create or edit a Local Administrator (LA)  or WA role.

The ability to edit and create is completed via your main SaaS site from the menu option:

Admin > Manage Roles

This menu displays all active users in your database.  Search for the user you are are wanting to update and then select Edit.

First select the role you want to update (either Wellnomics Administrator or Local Administrator).  If you select Wellnomics Administrator there are no further configuration as this role has access to all data and menu options.  For a Local Administrator you need to confirm the following:

  1. Rights
    1. Send reminders (the right to send email reminders to end users regarding assessments)
    2. View Everyone Group (the individual will be able to report on all users group even if a LA group is not assigned)
    3. Change Global User Settings Profiles - only valid for WorkPace classic users
    4. Change Individual User Settings Profiles - only valid for WorkPace classic users
  2. Data Access Level
    1. Priority/Risk Level - can only view the overall value for a user or group (High, Medium, Low or Unknown)
    2. Risk Categories - can view Computer Use, Breaks, Speed and Intensity and any Assessment types that are active
    3. Risk Factors - can drill into the different categories to view more detail such as mouse movements and keyboard activity.
    4. Statistics - can view data that makes up the individuals scores such as number of rest breaks taken or ignored.
  3. Privacy Access Level
    1. Group - can see numbers and percentages but no individual names (except for send reminders and training)
    2. Individual - can view individual names.

When you edit the LA role you will see the * to indicate the default values.  As a WA you can edit these default values via Admin > Policy configuration > Data & privacy access levels
