Team subscription

Teams' subscription enables a single account to be created with a single monthly payment for all team members.  The account is managed by one or more administrator(s) who can invite users to their team and control the team settings/features.  The administrator role is assigned by default to the individual who creates the team account.

A team must always have at least one administrator.


The administrator role covers:

  • via Management reporting, 
  • via Admin:
    • Select features - Control what features are available for the team members and if they can be changed by each individual (required, opt in, opt out, or off) Editing your Wellbeing feature sets
    • Invites users - your team has a unique code that ensures when an individual joins Wellnomics they become part of your team.  Select Invite users on your site for more information. Inviting members to your Team subscription
    • Manage users - edit the user role (impacting the rights and views)
    • Manage users - delete a user that no longer belongs to the team 
  • via Manage Account
    • edit and manage subscription payments
