How to access assessments from Wellbeing dashboard

With the Wellnomics subscription you can access the ergonomic training and assessments. This feature provides the ability to complete a workstation human factors and ergonomic assessments, including general office ergonomics setup, posture and computer workstation assessments online.

Once the online workplace human factors and ergonomics questionnaire(s) are completed, you will get an online report showing your ergonomics risk rating and a list of recommended ergonomic setup actions with instructions on making adjustments to your workstation setup or posture if needed.

Ergonomics Training assists with educating what ergonomics is, and the different variables that impact an office worker and their environment.

To access the ergonomic assessments and training, select the option View old risk reporting from your Wellbeing dashboard.

There are also four different ergonomic assessments:

Posture and WorkStation
Discomfort
Individual
Work Environment

If you are a team admin, you will have the ability to run reports on your team regarding who has completed the assessments and who are the top risk users and what are the top risk categories.
