What is Wellnomics App?

  • an application downloaded onto individual devices connected to a Wellnomics online account that displays your behavior via a Wellbeing report.
  • the app automatically records user activity and if configured, will prompt the user to take short microbreaks and/or longer work breaks and change their sit stand desk position.

Wellbeing report example:

How does it work?

  • It records the user activity at the computer e.g. keyboard and mouse use, time, intensity and speed of use, natural breaks, activity vs. non activity etc.
  • The collected data is sent via API to your Microsoft Azure hosting server where the data is analyzed  and calculated for reporting.
  • The data provides recommendations of better practice, feedback on use trends and wellbeing scores to highlight groups of users that may need additional support.
  • Reports (Wellbeing) are available to all users via a web-based interface.

What is on screen when the app is working?

Users can elect to have the Status Panel displayed when the software is operating. The status panel can be either vertical or horizontal and displays how much time before the next micro break, work break or desk movement.

What do the break prompts look like?

What are the benefits of this type of software?

  • Scientifically proven that regular breaks reduce the risk of overuse injuries otherwise known as “RSI”
  • Regular changes of position ideally using sit stand desks have definite “whole body” benefits including reductions in BMI, blood pressure and reduced risks of circulatory disease including strokes and heart disease etc.
  • Please see Wellnomics whitepapers on the above at https://wellnomics.com/resources/
