Wellbeing Management Reporting

The Wellbeing site, if enabled, provides an output based on a number of variables collected from the Wellnomics App and sent to the SaaS site.

If you have either Wellnomics Admin, Local Administrator or Supervisor role - What are the different roles in your Wellnomics SaaS site You will see a management reporting 

This page will display the overall Wellbeing values and the various factors that make up the score e.g; computer use, breaks and sit-stand

Like your individual My Wellbeing dashboard the various bars can be selected to view additional details (if your privacy access allows individual information to be viewed). From here you can see last sync and app version which can be very helpful for monitoring access.

If you have pages of data, you can hover over the three dots on the far right of your column headers and select Copy to clipboard.  

You will get a message stating 

You can now go to an application such as Excel and paste.  You can then easily review filter and display as needed.

If you want to view an individual's Wellbeing report, simply click on the row for that user when viewing the table view above.

Like the individual reviewing their report, a manager can drill into each category (Computer. Breaks. Sit-stand) for more details.  Note Wearables details are not available to the manager this is for the individual only.
