My Wellbeing displays your overall rating, trends, achievements and recommendations.
The achievements highlight positive feedback to promote good behavior traits that will retain or improve the wellbeing rating if continued.
The recommendations focus on particular behavior or attributes that are negatively impacting the overall rating.
Both Achievements and Recommendations display information in the same manner:
- An icon to reflect the relevant category.
- Summary of the relevant factor within the category - if hovered over provides additional information.
- A number - if hovered over, advises how long the factor has been present.
- Double arrows in the top right corner - to expand to view additional factors if present.
When reviewing the achievements and recommendations you can click on any of the items listed to view more detailed information relating to:
- What does the factor measure and how?
- Why is the factor important?
- What is the criteria?
- What are the different ratings available?
As there are many factors within each category there are a number of achievements and recommendations that could be presented within the report. Below are some examples:
