Research has shown, users of Wellnomics App where your settings for a Wellbeing break is set for a 5-minute break after 55 minutes of computer use, will get on average, 1 prompt for a Wellbeing Break per day. As this is an average - you may get more breaks on some days, and less on others. If your Wellbeing break frequency is more often, then the number of breaks prompted will increase.
The reason behind the low average, is due to many users taking natural breaks. where a user may pause to think about their next response to an email or, or ask a colleague a question.
The Wellnomics app status panel will provide you timers showing how much time till your next break. If there is no activity occurring on your computer (for example you may be in a zoom call and talking but not actively engaged with your keyboard or mouse, your timers will reset and reflect the natural break by displaying the icon in a different colour.
