How to find log files and send to support?

Wellnomics App logs are easily accessible via send logs to support function

You don't need to provide full instructions on where and how to find logs.  By following the steps below all required logs are created as attachment to an email ready to send. 


**This functionality is not currently available for MacOS users. Those using the MacOS App will need to manually send the log file to support@wellnomics.com, those steps will be included below**


From your Settings:

  1. select the "?"
  2. select "Troubleshooting"
  3. select Enable debugging in bottom right corner.
  4. select Synchronize now
  5. wait 5 to10 seconds
  6. select "Send logs to support" (this will open up a new email with all the necessary logs attached)
  7. Once the email has been sent you can deselect "Enable debugging " 
  8. and close




Steps for MacOS until functionality is available

  1. Using terminal, run the following command
    1. cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Wellnomics 

      cp wclog.txt ~/Documents 


      These commands will take you to the log file location, then copy the log file out to your Documents folder.

    2. You can now drag and drop the wclog.txt file into an email to support@wellnomics.com
