Enterprise Wellnomics App 32-bit upgrade to 64-bit

Summary

We are pleased to announce the release of Wellnomics 2.2 and later, now in a 64-bit version. For our enterprise customers who prefer to install the application for all users in the C:\Program Files (x86) directory, rather than the default %localappdata% directory, we have tailored this guide to assist with your transition. Please note, it is necessary to fully uninstall any 32-bit versions prior to installing the 64-bit version. The following guidelines provide instructions to facilitate a smooth transition.


The process entails three primary steps:


  1. Terminate the Wellnomics process
  2. Uninstall the 32-bit version of Wellnomics
  3. Install the 64-bit version of Wellnomics

Please bear in mind the commands provided are examples; your specific versions and file names may vary.

Step 1: Terminate the Wellnomics Process

You can use the following command to stop the Wellnomics process:

taskkill /f /t /im wellnomics.exe


Step 2: Uninstall the 32-bit Version of Wellnomics

Utilize the command below to silently uninstall the existing 32-bit version:

"C:\Program Files(x86)\Wellnomics\unins000.exe" /VERYSILENT


Step 3: Install the 64-bit Version of Wellnomics

The subsequent command can be used to silently install the new 64-bit version for all users:

PATH_TO_INSTALLER\Wellnomics-x64-2.2.0.5105-Bespoke.exe /ALLUSERS /VERYSILENT


You will now see the 64-bit version of Wellnomics in your C:\program files
