The Wellnomics App does require a user account to be created on the Wellnomics database first for license purposes. Once the account is created, the final step for the account setup is for the Wellnomics app to authenticate with your online account. Once authenticated, it is possible to use the app without sending information to your online account, which will disable your Wellbeing reporting.
To control what information is being sent,
- go your Manage account page
- View your Features section.
- Computer use & breaks wellbeing (option 2) - if disabled will stop any information relating to this activity to be sent to your reporting site.
- Sit-stand wellbeing (option 5) - if disabled will remove sit-stand from your Wellbeing report
It is possible to deactivate only the wellbeing options and keep the reminders active. (opitons 1 and 4). This is technically using the application in a standalone mode.
