Editing your Wellbeing feature sets

Modified on Fri, 23 Dec 2022 at 11:27 AM

The information displayed in your Wellbeing reporting is dependent on the settings in your features that can be edited in your Manage account page.  Note, if you are part of an organization these features are predetermined by your administrator and the edit options may vary.

To customize your features,

  1. log into your Wellnomics account
  2. go to Manage account icon on your top right menu
  3. then you can edit your features that control how you use the application and control the information you wish to send to the reporting site, via the toggle buttons.  See below for descriptions on each feature and their purpose.

For example, number of hours you use the computer or mouse, total keystrokes or mouse clicks and number of breaks taken. This data is used to calculate your Wellbeing score and trends.

If you're using Wellnomics in an organization then, depending upon your organization’s privacy policies, management and EHS staff may be able to view some of your data and Wellbeing ratings for the purposes of managing employee wellbeing and meeting health and safety requirements.

Application use - This feature will collect and store daily summary data on how much you use the top applications by time, keystrokes and mouse activity to help you optimize your work effectiveness.

Wellnomics is not designed as an employee work monitoring tool and if you're part of an organization then no one else can see your application data. To protect employee privacy the ability for others (including management) to view application data is permanently disabled. Management can only see anonymous group level summary data.

Sit-stand wellbeing - This feature will send daily summaries of your sit-stand activity on the Wellnomics server. For example, number of hours standing or sitting each day and number of changes in workstation height.

Wearables wellbeing - This feature will collect basic wearable data such as daily steps, daily active hours and daily sleep. This is used to improve your wellbeing score and give you recommendations.

If you're using Wellnomics in an organization then, depending upon your organization’s privacy policies, management and EHS staff may be able to view your wellbeing ratings and factors for the Wearables category, but they won’t be able to view your detailed statistics on your wearable. Detailed wearable data is permanently restricted to preserve employee privacy.
