How can I cancel the subscription and close my account

A personal or team subscription can be cancelled at anytime as there are no fixed contracts and you pay on a month by month basis.

If you are wanting to cancel your subscription:

1. Login to your online account.
2. Select the Account icon on the top right menu
3. Select Close account 
4. A message will be provided giving confirmation of what occurs when you close your account.  Select Proceed with closing account or if you wish to export your data first before closing, select Cancel and from the Account page choose Export my data from the bottom left card and once completed return to the close account process
5. when you select Proceed with closing account you will have one final confirmation as this step once completed cannot be reversed.  Select Yes.
6. Your account will be deleted and once this has completed (takes a couple of seconds) you will be taken back to the login page.
