Inviting members to your Team subscription

If you are an administrator to a team subscription you are able to invite users, add or remove additional access (administrator rights) and delete users you know longer want in your team - see Team subscription article for more details.


When you choose to invite users via Admin > invite users you will be provided a unique code for you to email out to your team members you are inviting.  The link that you are provided will direct new users to your site to create an account.


As a new user to the team, they will need to provide:

Email, Frist name, Last name, Password and agree to the license agreement and privacy policy


Once the account is created a page will pop up asking to confirm the correct time zone.


The next step is to download the Wellnomics app by selecting the icon (this takes only a minute to complete) 

When the download is completed, the app will open and start to authenticate.  This will require them to log into their account (username and password as set in the steps above).


Once authenticated they can start using the app.  There are default settings which enable the team member to start with no further setup or they can choose to make a number of configuration changes to customize the app to best fit their needs. change the view or hide the status panel - Status Panel - Preferences & Display



When using the app, the individuals' profile will begin building for the Wellbeing report



and when there is enough data 4 - 6 days their Wellbeing report will be populated, and they can now view their achievements and recommendations to help improve or if already Excellent, to retain their Wellbeing score.

Once an account is created the team member can view, edit or close their own account at any time via your Manage account icon
