Public Key and IP Whitelisting

• Public Key Submission: Enterprise customers will need to provide us with a public SSH key. This key will be used to authenticate the SFTP connection, ensuring secure access to our servers. *Password based authentication is DISABLED*
• IP Address Whitelisting: For additional security, we require the customer's IP address or range to be whitelisted. This step ensures that only authorized users can establish a connection to our SFTP server.

Asymmetric Encryption with PGP Support

Understanding the importance of data integrity and confidentiality, we also support asymmetric encryption using PGP (Pretty Good Privacy). Customers have the option to encrypt their HR Import files before transmission, which our system will then automatically decrypt upon receipt. This layer of encryption provides an additional security measure, safeguarding your data throughout the transfer process.
