A WRM SaaS site can be configured to either add users via sign up or via an HR Import completed by an HR Importer role What are the different roles in your Wellnomics risk management portal
If importing a file there are certain requirements that need to be met.
The Wellnomics HR file contains all of the required details of the users that need to access the Wellnomics Risk Management system. Some user data is mandatory, other information is discretionary but can greatly enhance your future reporting and analysis
Organization can derive data from whatever internal system that they may have that contains the user data, all that is required is that this data is supplied in a .csv-UTF8 format.
As a customer you can choose to manually upload the HR file as needed or you can automate the process by depositing the file into an agreed location within your network. From here the Wellnomics HR Sender utility will send the file to the Wellnomics Risk Management system where it will be automatically imported HR Sender set up. Wellnomics also offers an SFTP option to assist with automation - SFTP Support for HR Import Files Please contact Wellnomics via support@wellnomics.com if you wish to set up either of these automation processes.
The HR file content:
There are six mandatory fields that are required in the HR file, although you can add to these to enhance your reporting for example Department or Location.
Field Header | Description | Type |
UID | Must contain a Unique ID to identify each user | Mandatory |

LoginID | Must contain a unique entry in the format of xxxxxx\xxxx (see below) * | Mandatory |
FirstName | May contain the User's First Name | Mandatory |
LastName | May contain the User's Last Name | Mandatory |

Department | An example of a discretionary field for added reporting options | Discretionary |
Location | An example of a discretionary field for added reporting options | Discretionary |
* The LoginID is a mandatory field, however accurate user/domain information is only required for when Mac WorkPace users are included in the HR import. For non-Mac user this column can be left blank. Note the column header LoginID must be in the csv file (Mandatory) even if all rows are left blank.
