How to run an HR import?

If you are administering a bespoke SaaS site for your organization you may need to import a file to update your active users. 

To complete this activity you will require the role of HR Importer What are the different roles in your Wellnomics risk management portal.

An HR import can be completed manually via the following steps:

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Browse to your https://[your WRM address]/WellnomicsAdmin/
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your password - this is the same details you use to login to your reporting site although there is no SSO access for the admin site.  
  5. Note: if you don't have HR Importer role you will see a message advising you are not authorized to view.
  6. Select the HR Import from the menu
  7. Select Start HR Import from the drop-down list
  8. Select "choose file" and browse to the directory where you have the saved csv and select the file
  9. Select Start HR Import file button


You can view your manual and automated imports via View HR import status and even if an import is in progress you can refresh the page to see the updates.  Once the import is completed the status of pending will change to Import Finished or Validation Failed.


To view the changes and errors if any, select the details icon on the right of the corresponding file.


Errorsif any errors present you will generate a failed import and means no changes have been applied
Warningsif present, please read the details tab and if you don't understand the warning please contact us at support
Users addednumber of new users added to the database generated from the file
Users archived
number of existing users that were active prior to the file being ran but were not present in the file.  This changes the user status to archived where the user remains in the database but won't be available in the reports.
Users unarchivednumber of users that had been an active user at some stage but have been excluded from a previous import file and yet included in this file changing them from archived to active.
