When you send a reminder email to a user or a group of users there is a setting that determines how often an email can be sent that is setup in your WRM and will require Wellnomics Admin access to view and make these edits.


From your menu select Admin, then System preferences


Go down to Risk Messages and check/edit the number of weeks. The standard default is one week to allow individuals the time to receive the email and complete the assessment.



This setting may impact the numbers you view when you are sending the reminder and the Users with recommendations present numbers don't match the Users due to be emailed
