Summary of Wellnomics Assessment Modules available in SaaS

Modified on Mon, 9 May, 2022 at 2:21 PM

If you have assessments as part of your Wellnomics SaaS site, you can have up to three different modules and an additional training module available.

The Wellnomics Administrator role can activate/deactivate the modules from within the site.

When all three modules are activated (including the training module), the individual view on the My Risk Profile page will look like below:

Posture & Workstation Module

The Posture & Workstation assessment looks at the ergonomics of your chair, desk height, monitor position, mouse position, use of a document holder and footrest, as well as your posture when using the computer.

The expected time to complete is around 5 minutes.

Discomfort Module

This assessment evaluates any existing discomfort and any impacts this discomfort has had on you.

The expected time to complete will depend on your answers (1 to 5 minutes).

Work Environment Module

The work environment assessment looks at some of the more non-physical aspects of your work environment, such as workload, work pressure, and the levels of management and co-worker support available to you in your job.  These things can affect how the body responds to physical stressors.  Some questions have options like ‘often’, ‘regularly’ and ‘sometimes’.  If you’re not sure about the right answer, just choose the closest option – there are no right or wrong answers.

The expected time to complete is 5 minutes.

When you have completed each assessment a personal risk report will be provided to you explaining your risk levels, and any recommendations for reducing these risks.   Some of this information on risks and recommendation will also be available to management.  You can change your answers while completing the assessment, click back to return to the previous question.

Ergonomics Training

This option takes employees through the various elements that impact them in the office at home or at work.  The training steps through an introduction, your chair and desk, your computer, your environment and then a summary.

The expected time to complete is between 5 and 10 minutes.
