Adding users to Enterprise site via Sign Up

Most Enterprise customers manage the user's database via an import process that enables additional data such as department, location and organization chart (managers).  However, there is an option to allow users to complete a sign-up process to add them to your site.


To allow the Sign-up process the Wellnomics Admin will need to configure the site to enable the feature.  Please contact support@wellnomics.com to assist if needed.


Process

Provide users the invitation link unique to your sign-up organization group.  This link takes you to the sign-up page.  



Complete the form,

Accept the License Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Confirm you are not a robot

Select - Create account


Once your account is created you will be asked to confirm your timezone.  


If the desktop application is not already deployed by your IT team you will be presented with the Install app now card (3). The details shown here may be customized by your organization either advising where you can go to get the application downloaded/installed or if available, download the application themselves.
