Delegated Reporting - Wellnomics Administrator controls

Modified on Thu, 25 Aug 2022 at 08:19 AM

This Delegated Reporting feature allows a Supervisor or Local Administrator role to delegate the views including reporting functions to another user.

To enable/disable this feature you need Wellnomics Administrator role.  Go to Admin>System preferences and select Enable reporting on behalf of managers

If Delegated Reporting is enabled and HR import option is not selected the Supervisor or Local Administrator can manually choose an individual(s) to report on behalf of themselves. (How to manually assign delegate reporting to another user)

When HR import controls Report on Behalf of is selected in System preferences, the menu options/ability for Supervisor or Local Administrator to assign manually are no longer available.

Reporting on behalf of is solely managed via the HR import process and the HR import file is the single source of truth. (HR import configurations for Report on Behalf of).

Note: the HR import option only supports the supervisor role. when activated the Local Administrator role can't be delegated.

Note: You must scroll down and select Save before leaving this page.

Prevent delegates from accessing individual level data
