If your Enterprise site has SSO enabled, there is a possibility your details are cached. This may cause an issue when you select Forgot password from your Admin site (HR import process) as you can be redirected to the reporting site and SSO will log you in automatically.
To avoid the automation, open your admin site via a private window/incognito and then select forgot password.
To open your browser via a private window, select the ellipse for further settings.
Via private window/incognito on your browser go to your admin site - https://[Your site url]/wellnomicsadmin
Select forgot password
Enter your email address and select Send Instructions.
Once you select Send instructions you will receive the following confirmation:
Important if you don't have HR import role privileges you won't get an email to reset your password. Please check with Wellnomics if any concerns.
From your email select the link for you to complete your password reset. Note the link within the email is only valid for 24 hours.
You will be directed back to your site to update your new password that will need to meet the criteria shown on screen:
After selecting Change password,rd you will be able to now access your Admin site with your new password by browsing to https://[Your site url]/wellnomicsadmin.
NB: You only need the password for the Admin site, your SSO will still work as before when accessing on your reporting site.
