"Can't connect to the cloud" - Tips you can do that may resolve

Modified on Tue, 27 Feb at 3:42 PM

"Cant connect to the cloud" means that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. This means the problem probably isn't with your computer or internet connection but instead with the website's server.

While not probable, there may be something wrong on your end, in which case we'll look at some things you can try:

  • If after a couple of minutes you retry the address and the error still occurs you can try reloading the web page by doing either of the following:
    • selecting the refresh/reload button
    • pressing Ctrl+F5
    • or trying the URL again from the address bar.

It is possible the error is caused by a temporary issue (resolved within 10 minutes) and you can now connect.

  • Delete your browser cookies.  You can correct some issues by deleting the cookies associated with the website.

If none of the above steps resolve the error, please contact us via our Need help found in the bottom right corner on our website https://wellnomics.com
