I get an error when I login to My Wellbeing/Dashboard online account

When logging into my Wellbeing dashboard I am getting an error stating:

Unable to display a dashboard for user.  Please contact Wellnomics Ltd.



If you are seeing this page please select the blue rectangle - My Wellbeing. 


If you are not presented with your dashboard you will need to clear your cache for the browser you are using. - How to clear cache and cookies on Chrome or Edge


For a quick resolution you can copy the https in the address bar and paste into a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge) and this should allow you to login.


If neither of the above options work please contact us at support@wellnomcis.com and we will assist you.
