With the subscription you get a Wellnomics App to provide stretch break reminders, exercises and sit-stand reminders with the ability to configure settings to meet your needs.  The dynamic data from your app will generate reports including a summary dashboard to view your data and trending information. The longer you are using the app the more trend data you gather. The recommendations help you focus on areas that can improve your score and in turn support your desktop work habits. The achievements highlight the positives and inform what you are doing well.
