How to manually assign delegate reporting to another user

If your site has activated Delegate Reporting and it is not controlled by HR import, then an individual who has either Supervisor or Local Administrator role can set up delegates who can then report on their behalf.

The menu option may differ depending on whether you have been assigned a delegate role.  Will either be:

1. Tools > Assign reporting delegates or,
2. Tools > Delegated reporting > Assign reporting delegates.

Note all individuals loaded into your database will be seen in the Available Users and can be selected and moved to Delegates.

Once you have saved this page you will see in your notes section on My Risk Profile page a record of your assign delegations and you can click the arrow on the left to expand the message to see further details.
