How to activate the Report on behalf view?

If your site has Delegate reporting activated you may have been given rights to impersonate a manager/supervisor or local administrator to run reports on behalf of.


When access has been given to an individual with existing supervisor/local administrator access their menu option will reflect the below:  Tools > Delegated reporting > Report on behalf 


If the individual has no additional access prior, their menu option will be on the main menu: 


When the Report on behalf page is opened, select the person you are wanting to review (you may be given multiple users to report on behalf of) and select Go.  A prompt will then ask "Are you sure you want to start delegated reporting? select OK

While in this state a yellow banner will display stating your name and who you are reporting on behalf of.

To return back to your own menu, select End in the  corner of the yellow banner.  A prompt will ask "Are you sure you want to end delegated reporting? select OK




As an individual that has been granted access you will have an entry in your Notes section on your My risk profile page.  You can select the arrow on the left to view additional details.


Although if your organization uses HR import to manage this process the Notes are not updated.
